Atrocious service .. repeatedly told things that were dubious at best, e-mails getting lost [they admitted their e-mail system was up the spout], 9 days after submitting a priority order I still have not received a valid tracking number or even confirmation of the courier although they claim it is DHL, and the rep who finally e-mailed me basically ended up implying it was my fault that I couldn't track the parcel and that they had done everything they could to keep me informed. Piffle. Incidentally the tracking link on my order page at their website sent me to FedEx who rejected the tracking code just like DHL did!. They also appear to have taken payment before providing me with proof of despatch, although to their credit, they have also refunded the premium I paid for priority service. There is no prospect of recompense for the outrageous delay and obfuscation. I would absolutely recommend against this company .. they have proven to be extremely unreliable, and have consistently denied they are at fault. I am still waiting for a reply to my latest e-mail from a series of about 10 or 11 so far, requesting yet again that they provide me with a valid tracking number for the correct courier .. so far after 6 hours of their office being open today, no response .. make your own mind up if you are willing to take the chance, but their distribution systems in Europe are a mess, and they are a US based company when you require assistance, with, it seems, very poor comms with their European Distribution Centre in the Netherlands. In summary, avoid like anything that you particularly like avoiding, at once and permanently. Update: after 5 working days there has been no postage credit as was promised and I have been overcharged for the merchandise as they do not appear to have honoured the discount that was to be applied for "joining" their Hat club. They just get worse. Absolute cowboys, which is appropriate, I suppose.
