Is headspace.com Safe?

Headspace and scammers Andy Puddicombe & Richard Pierson I will be honest, I bought it impulsively last year. A full one-year subscription with Headspace - and barely used it, due to being a mediocre app in the guided meditation niche and seeing poor results from it. There are much better alternatives in the market for the same price. But this experience is about Headspace and its owners Andy Puddicombe & Richard Pierson that are scamming users. Fast forward, after paying for one year - I've got billed again for the second year in full (70$). The same day, I created a support ticket asking to refund me, since I was billed unwillingly for a product that I wasn't using. A normal company when it sees a such request - refunds a customer. Who wants an unhappy customer? Bad for business and karma. Headspace and its founders Andy Puddicombe & Richard Pierson aren't a normal company. Looks like they love all of these negative reviews or simply just not give a rat's ass about customers. That hired for peanuts robot lady Olena from support answered they can't refund me - bla bla bla bla bla. Even if I've requested it in less than 24 hours. I emphasize that they billed me for one full year! One year, Carl! Keep a one-month subscription if you're so hungry for the money - not one year! Too bad I didn't check the reviews before I bought the first subscription. Would've saved some money and time. So beware and avoid this scamming company Headspace and f-ing scammers Andy Puddicombe, Richard Pierson, and their support Olena.
