there information is baseless. Some is convincing based on misinformation fed to people to sell high processed foods. While they talk about home cooked meals, they don't provide good information on it. They talk about cooking oils, half of which are not worth cooking with. They don't tell you when one is good over another. Based on fresh oils, they list bad things in the middle, and better things below. When everything above even the best things become bad for you. Another post they bring up two good oils that have different uses, and just say hey this one is good and that bad without saying it depends on the use. Both common uses.

I am a long time reader of healthcastle and it is NOT a sales site so I agree with Cheese-Y Bites, no false advertising anywhere. Not sure what k619 is talking about. This is a web site run by dietitians and they provide 100% free nutrition information. Love their weekly newsletters as well.

It says it's free but then they ask you to pick a plan and they all cost money. False advertising
