Is helgray.com Safe?

I ordered a GMT watch Helgray. I spend a couple of hundred dollars on it, but my watch had few major flaws: the hour and minute arms are slightly bent and tangled up, which means that setting the correct time is simply impossible, also the time shown is completely random. Helgray probably doesn't do any quality checks before they ship their products. I have contacted support numerous times (email, direct messages on Facebook), but never ever got a reply from them, only an automated response that an support ticket has been opened. I want to return the faulty product and get my money back, but they are not responding. The refund policy they advertise on their website is a sham, it's technically non-existent. I suspect this company is a scam. They let you pay the full amount, then deliver a faulty rubbish product, and subsequently don't respond to any messages. I am so massively disappointed by their appalling service. There are many message on the interweb that describe similar issues. I consider my money lost. Don't buy from them!
