This site doesn't respect the French law for Trust in numeric economy : <a href="http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000000801164&fastPos=1&fastReqId=22654025&categorieLien=cid&oldAction=rechTexte">referal text for numerical economy (from the official site which collects all kind of laws in France) (site in French)</a> : no legal mentions asked in the 6th article. They don't respect at all French law for privacy : no declaration for files to collect personal data at the <a href="http://www.cnil.fr/">CNIL</a>, no information on customer's rights about personal data given on the society. For these two strong reasons, I rate it as very red, except for child safety which is orange. I know it seems very complicated for someone who lives outside of France, but if they are unable to respect law, it deserves a very poor rating.
