Blacklisting their domains would probably not be as bad as blacklisting godaddy, but probably not as harmless as blacklisting moniker. Though, if you don't do or plan to do any business or communication with anything in China, it might be a reasonable thign to do. (Not a general solution to their spam problem, alas.)
