I have had many positive experiences with representatives of this site over the years, and have not found any questionable activity. I personally spoke with an employee about the bad review, and they explained that an irate mail recipient targetted by one of their customers had rated them poorly out of spite. They expected immediate feedback to their complaint, even though the company does not customarilly deal with individuals, but rather takes the complaint up with the offending customer. Apparently this weakness in customer service was incorrectly viewed as corroboration with the offending party. The employee assured me that highspeedweb takes spam complaints seriously and that the problems are always dealt with.

this company used to have a bad reputation, but now is under new management. Under this new management many steps have been taken to improve the brand, including being a BBB member. They are a legitimate web hosting provider .
