Is hipay.com Safe?

Hello, month ago, I paid a hosting service via HiPay but after some weeks nothing worked anymore and I wanted my money back. So I received a refund on my HiPay-Account BUT I couldn't transfer it to my bank-account as one needs to be verified by customer service and they need my ID-Card. So I phoned them about four times and whenever I reached somebody I was told that this was the wrong number. They were totally unfriendly and so I decided to write an email via the contact-form but NEVER anybody replied. I wrote them at least FIVE mail but never got an answer. So I've got the money on the highpay-Account and that's it… the money will probably rotten there… I would NEVER trust them again !! They don't care a **** … =( . Jedoch kann ich es nicht auszahlen lassen, da man dafür meine Ausweiskopie benötige und ich Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufnehmen sollte. Wenn ich da anrufe sagt man mir man sei nicht zuständig, gibt mir ne neue Nummer und da geht niemand ran. Dann hab ich mehrfach versucht, HiPay via des Online-Lontaktformulars zu kontaktieren aber auch hier bis jetzt KEINE Antwort… Will heissen bis jetzt ist das Geld bei HiPay… und da bleibt es wohl auch… Total Unseriös!!
