I don't know why this website has been getting so many negative reviews. It's just a traffic sharing site. No spam or anything. I've been using it on my bitbin url and earning bitcoins just by running the program with the sound off.
I completely trust this website, and don't know why anybody would mark it as spam.

This is a traffic exchange site, completely illegal in AdSense's eyes (and to most other ad services). One of my sites is getting malicious traffic from it and their support seem incapable of stopping it.
