Is hkinventory.com Safe?

We bought electronic components twice, both times before selling supplier said that the components were original and new. Both times came fakes and defective goods. In proceedings, the hkinventory took the seller’s side and does not return the money, no matter how hard you prove your case. I do not recommend this site as a source for finding Chinese sellers, there are scammers and cheaters.

This site is not too well managed. Many of the China sellers use false addresses in Hong Kong to make them look more legitimate. Many sellers also use stock information from other companies look as its their own stock. Due to many sellers are from China there is a high risk of fake components being sold.

I'm not sure why the site has received a poor rating. They are a portal to Chinese companies and they try to police dishonest businesses. They have a system where they will hold your payment for goods in escrow until you receive them, and only then pay the supplier. I've never had trouble dealing through them.
