Is hobbytron.com Safe?

Hobby Tron very good company I have orderd from them many times and likly will continue to do so in the future they have many RC items cars trucks and drones as well as air soft guns and boats to name a few. There customer service it tops weather using facebook or actually calling them directly always had very good interactions. Also a big plus about them they carry replacement parts if you break something and if your are just getting started and want something to try they have refurbished stuff as well for a huge break in price. And there rewards program rocks getting points for future, all and all a great company very happy I am connected with them.

I've never bought from this site because of both the bad reviews circulating around it and the terrible customer support they offer. Tried to get on live chat one day to confirm product information, and person was very rude to me, saying that the will not give me information, they don't care, I can leave if I want. Of course I left! Proceed with caution...recommend placing a "test order" for a cheap item and seeing if they deliver it.

So far, I've ordered from Hobbytron 5 times, and each time I was very pleased with the pricing and product selection. Delivery time was reasonable. Their inventory comes and goes quickly, though, so you sometimes you have to come back a few times before they get more of the item you want.

Terrible services, cheap overpriced guns that will break within a few days of purchase. They have bad customer service and don't care if you just spent $100 and your gun doesn't work straight out of the box. This website is a scam and you should NEVER buy from them EVER! Airsoft GI is a much better website for any airsoft needs. As for other hobby accesorys use a local hobby store.
