Is horticulturesource.com Safe?

WEBSITE IS A SCAM DO NOT TRUST This is by far the WORST website you can order ANYTHING FROM. This is the 2nd time they completely screwed me on a $1000 order. The delivery guy didn't even call me or have me sign, he just dropped the stuff off on my front porch, missing over HALF THE ITEMS, NO INVOICE or ANYTHING. No way to contact customer service to get my money back. Frieght people say call Horticulture source. I WAS ROBBED by this company, I'm filing a consumer complaint right now siting fraud. AVOID THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM

Beware: there is a "Low Order" fee that I wasn't aware of until the order was comlete. Ordered and payment processed same day with an email acknowlegement. Next day an email saying it'll take 1-3 business days to process shipment (that hurt after paying an order premium). Third day another email says "out of stock" and backordered: expect 2-3 weeks until available! I asked for refund. I'm awaiting reply - maybe they'll refund but I'm already unhappy with them.

waited 10 days to tell me they couldn't get the part they advertised. charged 4 lbs delivery for 4.2 ounces AND an extra $5 charge because I didn't order enough. Also the $5 dollar charge was hidden quite well so I didn't notice it until I had placed my order. They did refund all my money in the end but what a waste of time!
