Support antwortet schnell, beantwortet allerdings keine technischen Fragen und versucht jedes Ticket sofort zu schließen. Es ist nicht möglich, einen Account nach Anmeldung zu löschen (auch auf Nachfragen nicht) und man ist gezwungen, danach weiterhin Werbemails zur Premiumversion zu erhalten. EIn Abbestellen ist auch hier nicht möglich.Das Interface zur Verwaltung der Services ist gut und intuitiv, es werden aber einige irreführende Behauptungen gemacht (z.B. dass IMAP verfügbar wäre, die Benutzung der IMAP API führt aber zu einem Internal Server Error).

Part of Hostinger International = lame servers, lame helpdesk support. For example helpdesk for hostinger.de is provided by a 16 year old kid. http://www.hostinger.de/unser-team ***** SERIOUSLY?! A 16 year old kid providing helpdesk and when you need help he is telling you to open a ticket.
