Changing my opinion - Going on my 3rd year with them, never had serious issues until recently. Their technical support is garbage, their servers are slow, they are unreachable by phone, at the end of my contract I will be moving my site! Cheers~

Bad service with a greedy attitude. They do not let you cancel your account without encountering tremendous opposition from them. I talked to a rep and then emailed saying I wanted to cancel my account with them. After assuring me they would cancel it, they renewed me for another year without my permission and billed me. I do not trust nor recommend this company.

This site also says that they have over 600,000 account but in fact not all account has thier website. Don't fell with the low costs and never use this host.

Many people has used this website and says it's oversell price has attract people to sign them up, but with that low cost, they can't live for a long. So, they delete your account with no reason and when you contact the support, they don't take any responsibility.
