I Keep getting pop ups from unverified sites containing requests for purchasing malware protection, that I have viruses, that someone wants to chat, that I need to call a number, that my info is at risk.But all the pop ups are from unverified sites.

This site pops up randomly even when my browser is not open! It is very weird watching Chrome just start itself and go to this site. It is clearly a scam. WOT, thankfully, also pops up and warns me, so I exit the site and it closes down the browser. But the scam seems to be from SpyHunter. When I search the internet on how to remove it, almost every result (while seemingly legitimate) directs me to download SpyHunter. Spyhunter scans the computer, finds hundreds of issues, but you have to buy it ($39.99) to actually fix the bugs. So stay away!!!!

How did this even get on my computer??? I don't trust anything that can contact me without me asking for them to contact me! I wish this crap would go AWAY!!

This site continues to pop-up and fortunately WOT blocks it. Now I have a number of malware and game sites that are doing the same.
