Is hotelnparking.com Safe?

I used hotelnparking.com services to book for my last vacation. The rates for comparatively cheaper then other service providers. There website was easy to use and the staff was also available for help. So I would recommend them and will use their service again for my next trip.

Hotel n parking has great service. It has great service, they respond to your queries on time, Booking is easy, confirmation at times take time but it is worth it. There packages are really good and are comparatively cheap from other service providers.

My brother and I have used this site for several years since they usually have the best deals for park and cruise pkgs, on hotels I know and not some place no one's heard of. You put down a small deposit, they send you a confirmation and you're all set. We save money every time. Definitely a good site.

I came across this website during a Google search. I found a great deal on hotel and parking and I booked it. My credit card was charged a deposit immediately. After several days I finally received a confirmation email. Unfortunately I had to cancel my plans and called the number lusted. I spoke with a gentlemen who blatantly asked why I was cancelling as I had just made the reservation. He was extremely rude! I stayed they my trip was cancelled. Bye confirmed my reservation was cancelled and I requested an email be sent with that confirmation. He confirmed my email address and ended the call. Two days later I still had no email so I called back. (No 1800 number btw). Spoke with the same rude person who again confirmed cancellation and again I requested email confirmation. He said 'give me a few mins' and ended the call. One week later no email. I used the contact information on their website to send an email to the "manager" (probably the say gentleman I've spoken with) and 3 days later still no response. I'm supposed to be receiving a refund. Ha! Good luck with that. Quick to take my money. 10 days and still no refund or response. NEVER USE THIS SITE!

I booked a hotel through this site because it "appeared" that it included hotel, parking and shuttle to our cruise in Vancouver, BC. Their website promotes ishuttle to airport or cruiseport and our receipt said we would receive a " Cruiseport Shuttle By Taxi at Cost shuttle service." I read this thinking it was provided and that was the name of the company. We arrived to find that a shuttle wasn't provided and had to start looking around for a way to get to the cruise port (an additional $60). I would not recommend this site.

I booked a hotel and parking with this company on feb 28, 2015 at which time they took my deposit and charged my Visa. Near the middle of March 2015 they called and said that they could not get a room for for my reservation. Basically they Can TAKE A RESERVATION, THEY JUST CANT KEEP A RESERVATION!!! My advice is never book with this website!! They are unreliable and dishonest and provide little customer service.

I booked a hotel on Dec 19th for a overnight stay on Dec.27th the night before our cruise. We also booked the extended parking package. On christmas day I was contacted by the company and told that they were unable to get us a reservation. We were even sent a email with a reservation number and the name and details of the hoyel that was being booked. I insisted that customer service fimd me a room and fix there mistake. I was told I would be called back the next day after they find me a hotel. The next day after I had to call them back I was told all hotels were booked and they could not help me. I now have to drive sown to Miami early in the morning on cruise day and pay to park at a park garage. Never will I recomend this service to anyone. Oh yea and after all that they did charge my credit card for the ser ice we dis not recieve.

I booked a stay and park deal with this website at a hotel close to Pearson, Toronto, Ont. The site stated that the deposit would be $30.82 and all charges in Canadian Dollars. The charge to my card was $34.00 plus and in American currency for a total charge of $40.00 plus. At least 6 emails were ignored and after holding for 20 mins I hung up, called the hotel and cancelled. I called the credit card company who reversed the charge and at my request cancelled the card. Bad experience! They are untrustworthy and unresponsive.
