After you give them your email address and click on "access," you're taken to another page where they require more in-depth information about yourself in order to sign up for a "free trial membership.' (I assume you will then have to give them access to a credit card so they can receive payment after your "free" trial.) So you give them your email address for nothing, and you get nothing unless you give them even more personal information for a 'free: trial. And then who knows if it's even good information.
