Is icpa4kids.org Safe?

I cannot, in good confidence, give this website anything but a '0' for trustworthiness. They have a portal that claims to show a multitude of studies pointing to the efficacy of chiropractic, but the majority are small-scale pilot studies or case studies that are not even remotely substantive enough to prove /anything/ effective. Even worse, some of the studies they list as 'showing the efficacy of chiropractic' actually concluded the complete opposite. What this website does is the scientific equivalent of fraud. Misreporting evidence to the scientifically inept in order to deceive them.
