THEY KEEP ASKING THE SAME DOCUMENT (2024) I had a small water damage and I made a report. "If" asked me constantly about the same document, even though I gave it three times. NON INTUITIVE WEBSITE The website and messaging system is old style: with PDF's. You can't really follow the conversation about an case because each message comes as attachment format. THEY STILL USE PAPER LETTERS I don't know why in 2020 they still send paper letters. ILLOGICAL YEAR CALCULATION I wanted to get insurance from 01.01.2021, but instead, their system has to calculate insurance from 12.12.2020, for some mysterious reasons that they are not able to explain. BUGS (solved) I select to pay with Dankse Bank but instead, it shows me the form of Nordea. NO REPLY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE (2020) I call the customer support and after a long wait, nobody answers. I contact them by Facebook chat. No reply.

This insurance company is extremely unreliable. One should carefully read the small print, before purchasing an insurance. The web site is misleading.
