Is ifastnet.com Safe?

I used this service only to report an abusive activity of one of their customer. The response was received almost immediately, the support team did everything possible in this situation. So I'm very happy with those guys and wish them good luck. PS. Super service. Response time is fantastic.

iFastnet has been one of the best providers I've used for web hosting and domain registration. They have responsive support staff which address issues quickly, their platform is stable and heavily optimized and they're always improving things like offering full Railgun support.

We have been with iFastnet for quite a few years but their service recently has become a concern. Earlier this year our site was attacked and our bandwidth consumed by a continual download attack. Instead of contacting us and giving us the option to upgrade our account, we were simply shut down. As we were travelling at the time this took time to resolve and we lost reputation and money as a result. Today we were attacked again by someone making a malicious report about our site. Our site has a very good reputation and iFastnet did not check first to see if the complaint was genuine. They simply suspended our account. Luckily this time I was online and got it rectified before it caused too much harm. This is VERY POOR SERVICE considering we are a long time customer. im hosting my webstuff with them now for about 2 years, they are great the services they provide also great the support is great too, we did not have any problems for over 2 years (and no downtime!!!) :D plus its relatively cheap so i can recommend for everyone

Extremelly good support. For example (recent one) because of capital controls in my country I wasn't able to pay my subscription in time to avoid losing my domain. When I created a ticket expressing my problem I received an answer within 10' telling me that they had renewed my domain for one extra year for me (without any payment made) thus giving me time to pay when able!!! Trust me I don't write reviews, I am too lazy to do that, but a man has to pay his dues. I think in the past their policy might have been bad, but for the last 7+ years that I work with them, they were almost immaculate.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this site. It is a web hosting site and I have been using them for over a year now without any issues. They are very competitively priced, feature rich, and have been fast and friendly any time I've experienced an issue.

I have been using iFastNet for some time, and I am very pleased with the service and their support team is outstanding. I fully believe that most of the negative comments are due to people wanting everything their way, for free. That is not going to happen, no matter where you go. The features and uptime from iFastNet are better than anywhere else, including top hosts like HostGator and GoDaddy. I not only recommend iFastNet, but I do what I can to get people I know to go there.
