Safe to browse. Good website that is safe for the children. Lots of great science information, though just like any news site on the web, some of their stories are obvious "click-bait". Great science website

Site is okay. They semi frequently misinterpret scientific data though and are known throughout the scientific and skeptic communities for posting "click-bait" articles in order to gain reads.

JUST A FUN SITE, not to techy, but you can follow up what takes your fancy. I like getting the IFL science posts' in Facebook. And click on ones I want to know more about. You can search out more info from there.   There IS quite a lot of Adult material. But Keep your AD/Tracker Blocker ON!

This page does not represent proper science journalism. It has both an ideological agenda [1] and relies a lot on sensationalist click bait in order to garner traffic/popularity. [2] It also has a history of plagiarism and other unethical practices for self profit. [3][4][5][6] [1] ***** [2] ***** [3] ***** [4] ***** [5] ***** [6] *****

Great site about science. Nothing more to say...

Normally good, but sometimes click baits and "ancient aliens" news.
2
Site sympa (en anglais) à propos de la science et de la culture scientifique.

At one point I really enjoyed this website. It was based mostly on Facebook and the majority of their content consisted of images portraying the astounding beauty of nature and science. These days its a pit of perversian and stolen work. I would like to start out stating that my children are science lovers. Two who are under 14 and until recently actively followed this website since they are too you for Facebook. My oldest is 16 and does follow the Facebook page. Recently the lovable images of nature have vanished, replaced by adult humor and at time perversive content. In this month alone have been a plethora of articles related to feces, sex, genetailia and other ***** related science. As a man of science myself I understand that all of their stuff is science, however its not why I loved them and not the reason I allowed my children to enjoy them as well. I have also read numerous reports that this website has stolen full articles and images from other sources. Not even do they have the commen respect to fully credit the original artists, photographers or authors. Google News will show many artists are outraged by their hard work being stolen. As artists have their work ripped off, and IFLscience continues to post articles of crude, edgy and adult material I also noticed many more ads appearing all over their website. I can't navigate past two pages without fighting off 5 pop ads. Its sad to see this happen, but I for one have had enough of it.

Doesn't go in depth into any real science but it's a good start to becoming more involved in current science topics.  They've had some bad articles... They've had some good ones... Although they say they're against pseudoscience and health myths, you'll find those ads like "Mother discovers hair loss trick" or "Click here for free money" kinda shit. (Example: *****

Even though this might be a clean website, it advocates a worldview, which is based on a heap of hypothesis, almost none of them are proven. Check out: ***** ...and find out, that the whole world is following a big fucking lie!

Keeps me up to date on the evolving scientific innovations.. I heard about Linex through this site and that stuff can open doors!

Presents scientific facts for consumption by anyone.
2
Актуальный сайт, можно доверять информации, вредных программ не обнаружено.

The site has an unannounced copy & paste hijack (appending its URL to the copied text, separating the two with a linebreak), making it rather tedious to talk about the articles on it, especially in a chat medium where the extra linebreak sends your (at that point usually still incomplete) message to your conversation partner(s).
3
Excellent site that mostly deal in facts, just like any other science webpage.
3
Great site for all sorts of science news and information. Anyone who objects to the passionate four letter word in the name, is just a tone troll.
