I have tried numerous times to be removed from their mailing list and all it has done was increase the amount of spam they already send me. Companies that operate in this type of unprofessional manor should not only be blacklisted but if they make know attempt to correct the problem after a waiting period they should be removed from the Internet. The problem with that is they will just reappear under a completely different name, either way we as business owners and consumers will always pay for these type of companies and their unprofessional business ethics.

I inquired abut this and asked for additional info. Since then I receive at least one a day and am unable to get them to stop sending promises of wealth. A BUNCH OF ________!

Quality and reputable company. I like the customer support that they offer and the response time is excellent compared to competitors. Their service is also top-notch and I honestly don't have any complaints. I would recommend them to anyone!

I cannot agree more with all the comments here. Why not spend one's time and energy marketing in a responsible manner rather than this? Why, I ask? FOR GOD'S SAKE, RESPECT THE REQUESTS OF THE PEOPLE!!!!! STOP SENDING US EMAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Imnica is just an email provider like aweber etc and are not the company actually collecting emails to send spammy info to you. If you hit "unsubscribe", Imnica is setup to actually remove you from the list and it's designed to protect end consumers from getting garbage they don't like. I currently have been a client of them for about 6 months and they have been great!

I have been a customer of ***** for a few months and so far I have been very pleased with their service. They are very helpful ... I have only had good experiences with them.

I don't agree that Imnicamail is a source of spam -- they're extremely transparent with their opt-in policies (for both senders and recipients). Just as with most autoresponder companies, they proactively boot spammers and do their best keeping their network as clean as possible. Easier said than done these days.

Used for illegal mass-email spam. Site provides NO support to complaints. *** Updated after owner asked to re-review their site: *** imnicamail.com DOES NOT enforce their "Confirmed Opt-In" as I have received Scam-Spam which "only" had their "redirecting" URL listed in the Scam-Spam. Tried to complain but "there is no complaint system" as I should "NOT" need to register (and then start to receive their Spam) just to complain about a Scam-Spam UCE received from them. A "complaint/Report Spam URL" and "Confirmed Opt-In" should be mandatory in their customer campaigns, if there was then "they" wouldn't be receiving the Spam complaints and reviews.

Like a dog with a favored bone, once you are on ANY of their lists, you get TONS of SPAM from every corner of their network. Once they have your email address - you need to dump it and get a new one because these clueless butt-heads never let you go, no matter how many times or ways you try to unsubscribe. To say they are unethical is to understate the pain and agony they'll cause you, the innocent victim of their scams and bogus "offers." My only question is, when will the government do it's job and shut these liars, cheaters and dirty-dealers down - and actually enforce the "anti-spam" law? Good damn luck if they catch you unaware.

ImnicaMail is an email service provider which is less expensive than its competitors. As such, there are many spammers who are attracted to their service. Because of the very strict policies of ImnicaMail regarding spam, the abusers don't last long. ImnicaMail is, if anything, overly responsive to spam complaints. Since mail send by ImnicaMail's clients are clearly marked as being provided via Imnicamail's servers, they have become the victim of misdirected complaints. I see from the other comments that people seem to think that ImnicaMail users are "affiliates" and that ImnicaMail has affiliate programs for things like FaceBook marketing. ImnicaMail sells emailing service, period, and the affiliate program at Imnimcal is for emailing services. Period. I use ImnicaMail for my mailing list, which is targeted to young music students and their teachers. It is rated G, and is a strictly double-opt-in list. WOT users would be better served if folks correctly identified the spammers involved -- and complained directly to ImnicaMail about spam, which, as I already mentioned, is quick to terminate the accounts of spammers. You can contact their support group at http://support.imnicamail.com (you don't have to be a customer to register, but you do have to confirm that your email address is legitimate). They generally respond within 24 hours.

I do not agree that Imnica mail is a spam site, is just an autoresponder and those who opening accounts and use the service incorrectly are guilty for spamming. I am using it too, but I use the double opt-in confirmation and I don't spam my subscribers, so none of my subscribers complaints.
