I researched interactive intelligence and I found out they are something about automation and software and unification of communications and such. I don't know if that makes sense but I researched them good and they appear nice.

A valid IP Telephony Manufacturer. Trustworthy, unless your the competition trying to trash someone's reputation. As for spamming the social media outlets. Nothing new there from all the majors and lots of the little guys. Often labeled as "retweets" on on site in particular. Can you guess which one?

Legitimate PBX manufacturer. Publicly traded company in the U.S. No worries that this site will hijack your computer, which makes the "red" status of this site questionable. A red circle should signify danger, not a personal disagreement/annoyance with marketing tactics. Abusing low marks this way reduces the usefulness of WOT.
