Is instantchess.com Safe?

I experience intervening interference problems with this site frequently such as games often being cancelled midway whenever I begin a session that then seems to route me to nothing but fifteen minutes or more games with an opponent that seemingly abuses the system via cheating tactics, stalling, etc. The cancel button that was once available now fails to appear anywhere so I always get a lot of players that like to make a few moves and then just drain the clock hoping the challenger, me, will resign in the match. Sorry but my skill level is usually above par and this webpage somehow manages to affect me, making me appear as a borderline intermediate. ( usually I used an Ipad to load the boards but do find it fair to denote that I believe my internet connection suffers from malware - maybe a part of the problem )
