Attention arnaque : Ma commande (total 348 €) a été validée sous la référence L42070orZKWK le 19 août 2015. Paiement par carte bancaire effectué et validé le même jour au comptant. Le site annonce un délai de 12 semaines ... A l'issue de ces 12 semaines, aucune réponse à mes e-mails de rappel, aucun interlocuteur au téléphone, et mon "prétendu" compte client affiche toujours, depuis le 19 août "commande en préparation" ... et impossibilité même d'imprimer une facture. Je viens de saisir la juridiction de proximité pour tenter d'obtenir le remboursement et la réparation du préjudice subi en raison de l'immobilisation de la somme de 348 € pendant 3 mois !
