These are a good reputable hosting company. The fact that people may set up phishing websites using a site hosted on their servers is not exactly their fault - provided that they respond and take down such sites and block the users / work with the police authorities to share information about those users in a timely fashion

They send out numerous emails with "PayPal" details being claimed to be included in the attachment. The attachment is without a doubt malicious as my virus' protection also said so. I would not recommend visiting this website, nor opening any attachments they've sent to you. They are scam emails - be cautious.
