Site exploits the name of IrfanView. Using graphics taken from elsewhere claiming acceptance from some major download/review/news site is a standard tactic with scam sites seeking legitimacy. Note that there's no contact information available. No legit merchant/service provider needs to hide his identity. This alone should be warning enough.
