Is iwantoneofthose.com Safe?

They sent me a defective item which I returned. When I contacted them to ask where my refund was they said they hadn't received the item. I bought the item from them through ***** - I wish I'd read the terrible negative feedback first, they had about a 65% rating. Everyone who sent something back to them for an exchange or refund was told their returns mysteriously 'didn't arrive' either, leaving many buyers like me hugely out of pocket. Funnily enough, I now can't find a trace of their existence on Play.com, no doubt because of their lies and terrible customer service. Oh, and their delivery of the faulty product took 12 days instead of the 3-4 days advertised. Avoid these scammers!

Ordered something from this site, Item came in different color to one listed, took 3 days to dispatch despite multiple reassurances that it would be dispatched the day after I ordered, and you have to request to unsubscribe from the junk email, and even though i requested days ago, it still hasn't happened (but it is Christmas)
