Is iwdro.org Safe?

The meta-description of this site reads "The Internet & Website Development Regulatory Office (IWDRO) is the Regulatory Office Governing Internet Based Commerce and Associated Industry Sectors." Given that this self-styled 'regulatory office' seems to have no official status or endorsement whatsoever, this is a little like some random organization claiming to be 'the regulatory office governing highway traffic and associated transportation sectors'. The company's Facebook page states that "The IWDRO offers business members the opportunity to be recognised and accredited by the Regulatory Office governing internet based commerce, both in the UK and world-wide" and claims that "... the IWDRO is the only Regulatory Office governing suppliers of internet based commerce." It also claims that "Businesses with IWDRO accreditation are recognised throughout the industry as competent, credible and professional ..." Given that this self-invented organization is probably unknown to most industry professionals, that claim seems questionable at best. IWDRO appears to be linked to a site called ***** which claims to offer web design quotes by "Leading IWDRO Approved Companies". The same phone number appears on both sites and, incidentally, on unsolicited email advertising "free quotes ... from Web Design Quote Companies [sic]." These people have made themselves the "Watch Dog of the Internet" Yes, that is their claim. The Internet Regulatory Body. They are a complete laughing stock, only they want to take money from you based on this ridiculous claim.
