Is julianbakery.com Safe?

Customer service ignores phone calls and e-mails, and they delete any negative comments they can find. Their bread arrives MOLDY and if they decide to replace the bad product, they will respond once with an excuse, ignore all further communication (or at their best send a number of conflicting e-mails). When the "replacement" order comes (a minimum of 4 weeks later) it is even MOLDIER than the original!

This company not only routinely deletes negative comments on its Facebook page, but it also bans its detractors from further posting on that page. UNETHICAL!! The Facebook page is full of glowing reviews and not one negative review of the product. (Really, that should have tipped me off, but I thought perhaps they had made an outstanding product.) If the company's product can't stand up to scrutiny, it should not be sold. Here is the comment that I tried repeatedly to make on Facebook but kept getting deleted: I got mine yesterday. IT IS AWFUL!! I'm a pretty forgiving low-carber, and I consume a lot of items that others won't eat. This is the WORST low-carb bread I have ever eaten. Shoe leather is about the same consistency. I tried to eat it as toast, as a sandwich...I have NEVER thrown away a low-carb product without eating at least half of it, but this is going directly into the trash. I'll also be watching to see if this post gets deleted.
