i am shocked to see that they are ranked as unsatisfactory. I have ordered from them for years. No issues with the product. The website is great and the customer service is very responsive.

I have very much trouble with them! Since the UPS makes shipping! For a JJ is a higher price than it is the invoice amount! Then UPS will take $ 15 for the customs documents and then I should have an extra $ 45 for the inch - pay visit - The Onesies had cost $ 29.90! I have about 25 onesies in the mail, or FedEx will receive mostly tax-free, or only small amounts, but never at extra charges like UPS! It seems to me as if you have no customers from Europe wants!

Took months to get item. Reason given was that the vendor "assumed I wanted it for christmas".

I have ordered many products over the span of two years from these people and every order I have been completely satisfied. They have also responded to emails with questions about their products within a day or so. I'm even wearing their PJs while writing this comment :D

Is very inconsistent with delivery dates, sent me wrong print and refused to allow a return without me paying for shipping (even though it was their mistake). Stops replying to e-mails as soon as you have an issue.
