Will charge you instantly two payments, a small amount it mentions upon signup but also a large monthly payment. Then offers you NO refunds. It's quite misleading and a borderline scam, especially if you can't use the service or just have a single basic question to ask. Most of the time is spent just talking to an AI Chat Bot, not real people.

Je suis très satisfaite des services reçu avec JustAnswer. Il est en effet mentionné qu’un montant de $5 sera pris mais puisque j’avais déjà utilisé leur services par le passé, j’ai été avisé que ça me coûterait $49 par mois. Que l’abonnement serait automatique à moins que je l’annule. Au début c’est un service automatique pour reconnaître quel genre d’expertise j’avais besoin. Par la suite ils m’ont référé à un mécanicien d’autobus diesel par contre toute l’info donnée a été aussi partagé alors j’ai pas eu besoin d’entrer l’info à nouveau. Puisque j’étais sur une liste d’attente, une personne de liaison m’en a informé me demandant de ne pas quitter le site. Par la suite, c’est le mécanicien qui a continuer sur le chat. Je suis très satisfaite de l’information qu’il m’a donné. Il m’a même envoyé un diagram des fils de la pompe à gaz qui devrait être vérifier avec une estimation des coûts. Note - je réside au Canada et le mécanicien était aux États-Unis. C’est un site mondiale alors ils desservent des clients de partout.

Horrible website!! Stay away at all cost!! They advertised that for $10 they would diagnose my appliance problem, however the individual that called spend less than a minute with me and was 'wrong' about the issue. Without signing up, they started billing me $40 a month for an annual contract. THEY'RE HOPING YOU NOTICE THE MONTHLY CHARGES OF COURSE. Reached out to them to cancel, but the billing continued for another 2 months. Their website 'chat' is bogus, no real person, some cheap AI responses. I emailed their director of customer service, with details of what was on, but his responses were all 'canned', had nothing to due with the billing. How can you have someone diagnose an appliance issue if their not there.....I should have known better. My bad.....

Suspicious. It says i have to subscribe to a subscription with two prices to get an answer. The first price is 5€/day for 7 and the second price is 45€/month. But is also says cancel anytime. So i have a trick: When you subscribed for 7 days already, then cancel it and the next day subscribe again, to avoid the 45€/month subscription.

They asked me for $5 for an answer, and I got a satisfactory answer, but in the teeny tiny print they signed me up for $70 a month membership. That was six months ago, so this has turned out to be VERY EXPENSIVE for me - $420. I'm trying to claim that back from CC company on the grounds that they say they'll email a reminder "when the trial ends" but they never did.

They lie to begin with. The chat pop-up claims to be a human being but is just a computer - this was obvious as it asked a question that was completely irrelevant to my issue. I tried 3 times and got the same automated response. I wouldn't have minded filling out a form or communicating by automation, but it bothered me that they lied about it to begin with. Then it asked for money. There are legitimate organizations that exist for consumer protection services. This one just smells bad.

it is computer end of the conversation asking money. Asking fraud issue getting fraud. How come this site is safe. Why from the beginning not saying this site with pay. All this is cheating people and you are giving them as a WOT ok. WOT also no use.

I had a chat with a woman who addressed the messages I sent appropriately, but she answered suspiciously quickly. It might have been a well-programmed robot. After a few questions from her that I answered, "she" redirected me to a page of which said I had to pay if satisfied with the doctor's answer; however, I was suspicious and decided to leave.
