Is kaneesha.com Safe?

I have ordered from the company 3 times, all jewellery items. The first time the item was just okay, the 2nd time the item started falling apart before I finished unwrapping it and I had to glue it back together with superglue. The 3 time...One item was very different from the picture, the next was falling apart. I emailed and asked for a refund becasue of poor quality. Company emails me back and says because I used a coupon the sale is final. What poor costumer service. They sell me an item that is falling apart and decide to not stand by their products. They didn't ofter an exchange! Instead they sent a long email arguing with me. I wont be ordering from them again and I strongly recommend others do not as well.
