This site and organization (Korea Information Certificate Authority) are supposed to represent some sort of modern, professional means to effect online security but in reality is a flawed attempt to implement security. This organization can not even offer security tools for an OSX/Unix environment (supporting only Windows), thus impairs most Korean sites and users who are forced to rely upon their incompetence. This lack of support undoubtely costs South Korea much revenue due to the many Korean sites which can not handle domestic and foreign transactions. Sad.
