That's in fact Yahoo Taiwan. Free mail providers always have trouble with spam being sent via their networks, but that's not their fault.

Oh my Goodness!!! Somebody from England died and left me a bumpzillion english pounds! And the lawyer (excuse me, BARRISTER) can neither spell, nor use any kind of reasonably legitimate looking stationery, or contact information. In fact, this thing looks like it was conceived of - and written by - a fourth-grader. So sad. from Ann M James <ajames@*****> reply-to ***** to date Sun, Feb 13, 2011 at 10:55 PM subject Attention(Tel (+44)-704-579-1224) mailed-by hawaii.edu

***** is one of the largest sources of spam (www.commonworkspace.com/abusetracking.php). They simply do not handle complaints. ***** is actually ***** (Taiwanese portal for Yahoo.com). I've had yet *another* 419-fraud spam from a yahoo account, thus this comment.
