I love the word-nerdiness of the site. Being a card carrying word-nerd myself, it tickles my lexicon.

A highly entertaining game, chock full of puns, pop culture references, and satirical humor. The gaming community is friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the staff are top-rate. Some of the humor is a little on the risque side, so younger kids probably shouldn't play, but for teens and adults, it's a fun and enjoyable way to spend some time.

Greatly enjoyable, humorous RPG full of pop culture references. Contains some innuendo, but it's seldom remotely explicit, so children are unlikely to notice.
Very friendly and helpful community.

Excellent game with an excellent sense of humor. There's adult innuendo in places, but not to any great extent. The worst you can really worry about for your kids is that they won't get the references to 70's and 80's music groups, horrible puns, and geeky jokes.

Great RPG Broswer game, always have fun when playing. Some times the language gets a bit rough in the chat rooms and there some themes that parents should watch, it's just a great game.

A awesome site that takes a certain kind of disposition to thoroughly enjoy, The Kingdom of Loathing is very funny, satire laced and cruelty-free. A wonderful diversion from the typical online world. My in game name is Shisoru. Check the game out, you won't be disappointed. Well you might be, but if that's the case you must be unworthy.

Definitely not for young children, but very entertaining for adults or older teens with an "off" sense of humor. An appreciation of satire and sarcasm certainly helps.
