Kiwi does not pay the airlines' flight prices in full ‼️ (in my case Eurowings) You are forced to pay the amount not paid by Kiwi upon boarding and then remain stuck with the amount, despite a refund request. Therefore absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED ‼️‼️

my flight with this company went well, but I was quite scared after buying a ticket, before the flight when I saw the reviews here, I think wot should mark this site in red so that users can see the risks. It's the reason why one star.

Покупал билет через kiwi еще в начале года, рейс был отменен из-за пандемии. По инструкции, пришедшей на почту об отмене рейса, сделал отмену и возврат денег. Но деньги так и не поступили. В поддержке а/к сообщили, что еще в июне отправили деньги агентству, через которое были куплены билеты. Но написать запрос по этому поводу в kiwi невозможно. На сайте все контакты удалены, ранее действовавшая почта ***** собака kiwi.com больше не действует и отправляет на "сайт киви/help/contact. Пишите нам туда.", но там написать вопрос невозможно. В итоге это просто кидалово, достучаться до компании невозможно.

They have canceled my flight and they offer my only 5 euro refund. If I contact them, I get no reply.
