My webmail is a lot easier to get to than it is on other hosts using cPanel.

So many times I felt like throwing a dumbbell at my desktop, I receive excellent help from them. All of that being said, my website has never gone down and the speeds from Koddos servers are very good. The features have certainly gotten better and they now offer a lot more for the same price (visit their website and you'll see what I mean). Overall, I highly recommend this host to anyone.
