Is kriswrites.com Safe?

Site has been hacked and Google warned me against visiting. I visited the site anyways and all her links are suspicious redirects to Russian sites (that WOT won't let me visit). Now she and her husband (Dean Wesley Smith) are spreading the story that someone is deliberately trying to silence her because of her controversial posts on the publishing industry. Thousands of websites are hacked every day, new viruses are always cropping up, the internet is a dangerous place for computers...but, no, the poor security on her website was breached because "they're all after me!" Sounds like another random attack on a website, followed by two fiction writers generating a little free publicity.
