It is a valid and a great site for kdb programmers. I believe its rated as malware site because the presence of the .dll files in their site - the q binaries. If they are put in a zip file, maybe the bad rating will go away...?

This is the site to Kx Systems. Makers of high-speed database and analysis systems for finance, energy, telecoms, government, etc. It started with Arthur Whitney who developed the A+ and K programming languages.

Home of the K programming language, I think. I'm not sure why others are rating it bad... seems fine to me (and I've seen some people who program with it).
