Una vez realizada una compra por medio de Billete electrónico no me llego la factura vía e-mail.Después de pedir por dos veces mi factura la escusa para no enviármela fue la siguiente: "Buenos días: Al ser unos envíos masivos, no podemos volver a reenviarle dicho mail. En todo caso, usted puede imprimir el detalle de las apuestas desde su menú de usuario." La compra era de unos decimos de navidad por medio del "Billete electrónico".Dudo mucho que me lo hayan enviado la primera vez.....
