This company is terrible. Have been a customer for a while and have sent them numerous emails. I have never gotten a single reply - not even an automatic message to anyone emails I have ever sent to them.

Difficult to find email/postal addresses on site - they are there - just all lumped together on the "contact support" page.
But the biggest problem is that the site doesn't use HTTPS for the checkout! So would recommend people to avoid them until they fix that at least.
