Referred to this site from a .GOV website. Googled the website and found references to it in education, legal, and charitable websites. This site facilitated my completing forms for Family court. The documents it created are legitimate.

This site is a partner of the NY State Surrogate Court. It is the site they send people who are participating into the NY State Small Estate Affidavit Program Here's a quote from the NYCourthelp.GOV that specifies the relationship: [/www.nycourthelp.gov/diy/smallestate.html ] "You will be taken to our partner website called LawHelp Interactive." WOT: why are you flagging a government related site as dangerous?

This is a useful site provided by reputable attorneys who are doing a lot of pro bono (free) work for the disadvantaged. There is no spam. The site provides a great deal of legal advice for free.

Just because you don't like what you hear is no reason to give a low rating. It a free service and its not spam if you give out information knowing (because it tells you) that you will receive communication from them.

Seems ok. Haven't got any negative from it. Idaho's court site links to it for self-making documents for small-claims court.

I'm not sure why this site has a low rating. I've filled out forms here twice and they've been very helpful. I've received no spam from them. The red ring for child safety is a complete mystery.
