Is letmewatchthis.com Safe?

For all of you bashing this site for telling you to install malicious software, letmewatchthis.com does not make you install anything. The sites it provides are at fault. I recommend their putlocker and sockshare links over their divxstage, movshare, and other such sites. Letmewatchthis is not to blame for your viruses.

Some of the links open up pop-ups to external sites, such as ***** which try to install malware such as 'Clickpotato' onto your machine. BE ADVISED: Most of the time, (so long as you have a good player installed, such as DivX Web Player,) most of the links will be fine. Just watch those pop-ups!

DO NOT install their plugin!!! Their plugin (file name: VLCSetup.exe) contains a virus named ADSPY/AdSpy.Gen2 They say that it's the only way to watch their videos is with either of the files they prompt you to download but is full of viruses!!! Just stay away from any sites that wants to force you to download their own plugins or any other file that they say is "necessary" in order to watch their videos!!! There's plenty of other sites that allows you to watch videos/movies without having to download anything!!! ----------------------------------- There's another WOT user (cygnus) that wrote the following and it's pretty complete!!!: Do NOT install their applications! Visitors are prompted to install "latest versions of DivX and VLC players", but instead this site tries to make you to install entirely different programs, called: "XvidSetup exe" from "www.shopperreports.com" and "VLCsetup exe" from "Clickpotato.tv", which both have a poor reputations and almost certainly distribute malware. My DivX and VLC players are both up to date, so why is it this site insists they are not, and says I must install THEIR versions to watch the videos??? Danger! Danger!
