They do not manage to organize proper accounting. They can't be reached by phone at all, and there's rarely any feedback via the contact form. Only after several recalculations did I realize that an overpaid budget billing is simply paid out in full, even though part of it is actually overdue. More comprehensible invoices would certainly be helpful here. The settlements are wrong, was already expressed by many former customers, therefore I am probably not the first and only one, with which for 2022 the night tariff (yes, I still belong to the long-suffering people with night storage heating) was simply settled times with the costs for the main tariff. That this error was recognized only after my message I consider however for a duck. It seems already in such a way, as if one wanted to cheat here attempt. The fact that they are still charging the high costs from the end of 2022, even though they are currently offering a contract that is significantly lower than the values from the end of 22, forces you to switch to another provider, if you haven't already decided to do so, given the absolutely inadequate availability of customer service. What remains is the incompetence in the core competencies of "customer service" and "accounting".

Bin grundsätzlich mit denen zufrieden in Bezug auf Ökostrom. Allerdings finde ich so einige Angewohnheiten von denen auch nicht in Ordnung. Das mit den Cold-Calls und Klinkenputzern hatten die selbst mal zugegeben. Sowas wird dann als "Beratung" bezeichnet. Erinnert mich sehr an Bank-"Berater" die für bestimmte Belaberungen mehr Provision kriegen. Wie "beraten" die dann wohl? Zweiter Kritikpunkt: bei Preisänderungen informieren die einen nicht von sich aus, sondern errechnen sich zum Stichtag der Änderung einfach einen bis dahin vermuteten Verbrauch. Andere Anbieter informieren einen, damit man an dem Tag den Zähler abliest und denen mitteilt. Dann würde die Preiserhöhung oder ggf. Senkung realistisch durchgeführt und abgerechnet.
