Is linkdelight.com Safe?

LinkDelight shipped to me a faulty product. After 10 weeks of back and forth I have no solution. They wanted me to make a video of the product not functioning even after I pointed out this would not reveal what the problem was. They want me to ship the product back for testing but refuse to issue me with a return authorization number (which is listed on their web site as a requirement for accepting a returned product). Without this number they can simply refuse to receive the item. And repeated requests to speak with a supervisor or manager have been ignored. If you have a problem they will screw you over. I will never do business with this company again.

They advertised that my items were sold with "free shipping." Only after I logged into PayPal and authorized the transaction was I linked back to Linkdelight.com, where they informed me in an extremely convoluted fashion that "countries to which we send by airmail pay registered airmail. Check to see if your area is included." The upshot: They charged me $9 for shipping. I must admit, even with the $9 added, the price is the cheapest I could find for the items. It may just have been a (very bad) communication problem.

I paid items regularly, and they sent items. But items were stuck on customs due to lack of information from sender (Linkdelight). I informed them that they need to contact their Postal service but they refused to do so for two weeks. When they finally did it, they waited for 2 more weeks and informed that parcel has been returned. They ask for more money for resending,which I refused. Because nobody can guarantee that I will receive package this time. They also refuse to refund, saying it's not their fault. So, it's basically scam site! Keep away from them!
