Это сервис предоставляющий каждому возможность, при наличии минимальных знаний открыть свой сайт/сервис/интернет-проект даже на домашнем компьютере, в том числе организовать доступ к своей домашней сети или просто компьютеру из любой точки мира при наличии доступа к интернету. На этот сервис НЕ МОЖЕТ распространяться в целом негативная репутация из-за того что какие-то козлы используют его для своих злодеяний в сети.
