Like any other storage server like Dropbox, etc the domain itself is good and safe, but it also can be used for bad purposes, don't criticize those who gave it a bad rating because it's deserved due a poor content policy used by these servers, sadly enough.

This site was unknown and scared a few people, however it is merely a Microsoft Stor age site. It caters to sites like ***** etc. I was looking at my daughters picture and saw it was on this site. I went into a panic--wondering what the heck they were doing! After checking I found it to be totally innocuous. ITS SAFE dont worry.

i add this site to the restricted zone & then i can't access my own windows live profile page so its must be a legal microsoft website, its like MS ver of P2P, don't any how download any file from stranger...

This website is connected with Windows Live (!) and when I try to download my files from SkyDrive it connecting with livefilestore.com.
That's why I'm not going to store on SkyDrive any sensitive files!
