This is one of those sites which uses in depth user tracking via cloud computing, but for largely legitimate reasons. It works with some of the word largest engaging sites, such as CNN, Sky, CISCO, UBISOFT,, CBS Interactive, Universal, Huff Post Interactive Whilst cloud computing is a potential risk for any visitor, the site was clean of malware when scanned and had only minor privacy issues. If you use the sites of their customers, you are almost forced to allow access to this site or videos, comments, live chat features will not work. I noted that this site fails to meet Truste Minimum standards for privacy. Given the nature of the business, that is almost taken for granted.

At this time! Three (3) reviews, an I Don't Trust, a Suspicious, and Not Rated, give me an overall negative leaning. While Amazon is noted first, the registration appears to be GoDaddy, a self-declared "I can sell anything to anybody" outfit. Their Privacy rules are NOT consumer-friendly, to say the least.

The poor privacy policy and and the negative TRUSTe rating earned it big fat block!

Privacy policy http://admin.livefyre.com/privacy/ Appears to be very typical: we'll take your data, we'll use it, we'll sell it, you may not be able to delete it, we'll give it to governments. Any problems? Contact support. Any disputes? By using the URL, you are deprived of your right to seek redress in court. But we've told you all of this, so we're good guys. ***** ***** Registered through:GoDaddy.com,LLC http://admin.livefyre.com/about/ "Livefyre replaces static comment sections with dynamic, real-time conversations that empower users and help build hyper-active communities."
