Is localflavor.com Safe?

I've tried for a number of days to contact ***** via their contact page, phone number and standard email to get a response to a request for a refund from some vouchers where the restaurant has closed but to no avail. To date they are still trying to sell these vouchers to other unsuspecting customers after I had informed them that the business was clearly closed when we went by there to redeem one of the vouchers. Until they have a semblance of customer service established I would stay away.

I have emailed localflavor 3x since 5/30 about certificate refund of $15 I bought for a business that has closed. No response as of 6/19, so I called phone # posted on website and message says due to high volume of calls to go to website and send email and they will contact in order received. So basically they have no customer service in my opinion. I will not buy any more deals from them.

I am the representative of the restaurant, and was informed the restaurant never authorized any coupons/discounts/deals, etc. Most websites like this, in my experience, do not use good business practices when contacting businesses; in fact, some businesses I have dealt with, have complained either no contact or mislead them.
